This project supports the re-employment for all HPS Japan to work in the pediatrics all over Japan. All HPS Japan have license with a nursery nurse or/and a nurse. All those who successfully completed this project recognize the emotional needs of sick children and the power of plays. This project strongly believes that HPS Japan can contribute to the Japanese hospitals as a member of multi-disciplinary team. The majority of HPS Japan work in the pediatrics: work as a HPS in hospitals, provide home visits, and network each other.
